Subscription Terms and Cancellation Policy
trueO2, Inc. will automatically renew your subscription and charge your payment method depending on the frequency chosen by you in your Account page.
You acknowledge and agree that your auto-ship subscription with trueO2, Inc. will continue indefinitely unless cancelled or suspended by you, or terminated by trueO2, Inc. Your payment method will be charged at time of shipping, to include applicable product cost for your shipment, taxes, and any shipping and handling costs. To avoid being charged, you must cancel your auto-ship program as described below.
Shipping Frequency; Change in Auto-Ship dates
Your order will be shipped based on the shipping frequency and/or shipping date selected within your customer Account. Auto-ship customers have the ability to change shipment date and frequency. By default, trueO2, Inc. ships filters in 3-month intervals. Any changes to this interval may be done within your customer Account. As a customer, you have the option to choose delivery every one (1), two (2), or three (3) months.
We at trueO2, Inc. would hate to see you go, but understand that there are circumstances in which it may be necessary. You may cancel your auto-ship at any time without penalty within your customer Account. Cancellation requests need to be received by the first day of the month prior to your next scheduled shipment to allow time to properly cancel your shipment.
